Good Morning All:
I want to get more of Cathe's non-step cardio workouts. Right now I have KPC, BC and KM. However, I am far too uncoordinated for step. I have tried, but I just can't pick it up. Anyone give me some additional non-step routines of hers?
Barring that, any other klutzs out there done her basic beginner step DVD? Is the choreography *really* suitable for the two-left-feet-can't-even-do-the-Hokey-Pokey gals amongst us? A lot of beginner step routines make me feel like I'm auditioning for 'A Chorus Line' on Broadway.
