Cathe's music DVD ?

Hi there,

I was just looking on the home page and noticed Cathe has a music DVD of like 12 songs. You can buy it for 23.99. I am wondering if anyone has bought this and what do you think ? I think it would be great for a treadmill interval run. I also see other's on the side if you go under class format. I need a good pumping CD to listen to while working out.

Any thoughts ? ...... its on the front page on right right hand side. Dynamix & something else, LOL.

The CD is a compilation of several of the songs from the Intensity Series.

I bought it and use it when I do my Nordic track workouts. I love the music and think it would be great for your treadmill......Carole

I love the music from the Intensity series, so I bought it and use it when I travel for business. It makes those oh-so-ho-hum hotel gyms seem a little more exciting!

You can actually go to the above website and download the music for $17. I downloaded it and then burned it onto a CD for myself.
