Cathe's music CD - for instructors only??

I am debating whether or not to buy Cathe's music CD. Those of you that have it - do you use it for strictly teaching? I'm sure that it's good music - anything that Cathe puts out is awesome, but I was just wondering.

I used to be a step aerobics instructor, but haven't done it for a while and like the upbeat music when I clean my house, etc. So I thought Cathe's would be good, too, for that.

Hi Marcia! We have a link to the CD on our home page (right hand column in NEW PRODUCTS section). If you click on it it will give you an option to listen to samples of the music first which may be helpful to you. I think the CD gets really good at song 3 right to the end. I actually had selected two different songs for the opening numbers of the CD but then found out they could not be used for certain licensing reasons. Take Care

I bought the CD and it is awesome. I played it while friends were over and they kept asking "Who is this (music)?" as if they wanted to buy it. I had no idea that Cathe considered other songs for the beginning. It sounds great the way it is!

I just want more! Another good one is Final Cuts #1 and #2, both from Muscle Mixes. Cathe used many of the tunes on !1 in the CTX series. They are timeless.
