Cathe's muscularity

Cathe, how long did it take you to develop your muscular size? You have the perfect combination of mass and grace. What do you do to maintain your muscularity while doing all of your aerobics classes?

I was wondeirng this as well, me and my boyfrind have wondered what her stats were; height vs. weight. He's very envious of her muscular legs, he's been working on his for a while now lol
 
I think she's mentioned in the past that her muscularity is the result of working one body part hard each week, and a very clean diet, with just the right amount of protein to help build muscle. Hopefully she'll chime in here. Don't forget, she's been athletic all her life, and so she's got a great "base" to work with. Madonna is the same way.
 
Thank you Jeant. How very sweet of you :) I have been active my entire life with gymnastics, track, fitness classes, and even dabbled on and off with weight lifting. But cardio was my first love...way over weights. It wasn't until we filmed our first weight training workout (Maximum Intensity Strength) that I became committed to weight training too. Actually, from this point on I made weights just as much a part of my routine as cardio.

Now, along with cardio, I work one to two body parts per session, until I hit all the major muscle groups, weekly. Sometimes, in addition to that, I hit a body part a second time in that week if I feel it needs a little more.
