MRT is very similar to PHA in that it is a faster paced, time efficient muscular strength and endurance workout designed to boost your metabolism, burn fat and calories while also delivering bonus cardio benefits at the same time. The way it differs from PHA is that instead of alternating between upper and lower body exercises, MRT uses all metabolic exercises regardless of whether they are upper or lower. In fact, you’ll see lots of compound movements that involve upper, lower, and core within the same exercise. Let’s Go!
