Cathe's June Rotation - Week 1 - CHECKIN HERE IF YOU WANT!

Hi Everyone,
I am another that usually does not post, but I just had to get in on this one. I love the June rotation. I will have to say the hi/low was hard yesterday. I am glad today is a rest day also. I really enjoy reading everyones comments. I always get up early and check cathe.com to see if there are any warnings before I try the days workout. Thanks for being there.
Annette:)

Maybe we should do a new thread each day, and title it Cathe's June rotation -- (day of week). This one is getting long!!

Hello everyone.

I so enjoy hearing everyone talk about the workouts they do.

Yesterday I did Slow & Heavy Shoulders and MIC Hi/Low. I love Hi/Low. I noticed some of you don't. I guess I just love all that jumping around.

Today I am taking a rest from Cathe, but I am running 4 miles and playing tennis.

I haven't even looked at tomorrow. I don't know what agony awaits.

Hope everyone has a terrific day.

RE: Cathe's June Rotation - Week 1 - CHECKIN HERE IF YO...

Hey Jodi!!!

thanks for your response. Listen, I am so glad you posted that article. There had been a question on it in Cathe's section and so it was good to see the sports science take on this question. Don't worry, I'm not at all against your ideas or anyone posting differences of opinion, more power to you because none of us can make educated choices without being exposed to that variety. Truly, I mean no harm to anyone and I understand totally the reasons why you posted, it's very needed information, so thank you for the trouble you went to.

I am always interested in making sure people realize that nothing they read here is gospel, and even if something has been medically researched, I will always remain sceptical to some degree if it just doesn't feel 'organic' to me! I was raised by my parents to question everything I think!!

I only ever tried weights first then cardio after once and it nearly killed me!! I am so in need of the cardio endorphin rush to handle my depressive moods and get rid of stress, and weight lifting doesn't quite produce the same for me. Weight lifting produces instead immense satisfaction at feeling and seeing myself growing stronger and hefting heavier poundage.

See ya Jodi,

Clare
