Good Morning,

Today I am heading to the pool this morning to get in my long course laps. Tonight I start week 4, SH shoulders/CW abs/ and I am substituting a bike ride for the cardio.

HI I bet this is really Wednesday's check-in! My Tuesday at work was pretty bad so I KNOW I don't want to do it over again. LOL.***Week 2 Biceps for me. PS and MIS then intervals 1-6 of IMAX1. I did the entire warm up before the 6 intervals so it was fairly long. I was afraid of doing IMAX because I did NOT want to get out of bed this morning, but it went really well. I don't know if I was subconsciously pacing myself or if I just had more energy....The weight work went pretty well. I'm a little frustrated because I'm to the point where I should increase, but I cannot handle the leap of an extra 5# on the barbell or the increment from a 12# to 15# dumbbells...-joy

Hi, I'm not currently doing this rotation, but wanted to add my two cents and say that when I had to increase weights and found it hard to put the extra 5 on my barbell....I put 2.5 on instead! Check your local sporting good store for 1.25 lb weight plates, doesnt sound like much but it's just enough to feel the burn more without your form suffering by going a bit too heavy!

OK, So it's Wednesday. I just started this rotation this week (I was on vacation and no DVD Player in sight!!!) So, Last night I did S&H Shoulders with MIC Hi/Lo! Today should be my off day, but I'm wondering if anyone changed that around?
BTW- I'm loving this rotation!!!!!

Thanks. You won't believe this but somewhere I actually have a pair of 1-1/4's. I didn't even think of this. -joy
 
OK,OK, so getting the son to swim practice at 7am every morning is starting to wear on me and I don't know what day it iS!!!

Have a good WEDNESDAY work-out. LOL
 
Hi everyone. Today I did S&H chest and back. I also did the supermans and planks. I figured out that the planks are alot easier on my shoulders if I put my hands on the step instead of the floor. I still can't do them the whole time on my toes. I have to go down to my knees.:-( I do feel stronger this week. I don't think I will take a day off tomorrow. I don't feel I need it yet.}(

tricia, I think almost all of us have changed our day off at some point in this rotation. So we give you permission to change things around.:+
 
Hi everyone,

This morning I also did S&H Chest and Back. Sunnyside, I didn't think about doing the planks with my hands on the step. That's an idea I will have to try in the future.

I may do some light cardio this evening. Have not decided yet. I think I will take tomorrow off even though I don't feel like I need it, but I have something to do.
