Cathes June rotation -Thursday Checkin-

Hi everyone. I changed my Thursday workout alittle, since I can't workout tomorrow or Saterday. Instead of taking a day off, I did PS Biceps, Triceps and MIC step portion including the blasts. Sunday I will try to get my shoulders in. I felt like I was cheating, not doing the MIS parts.:+ But, I still got an excellent workout. How is everyone else doing?

I am enjoying my rest day and looking forward to getting back to things tomorrow. I will follow the plan for tomorrow except to switch chest for shoulders. Have a good day! Sandra
 
Today was PS & MIS shoulders, MIC cardio only and abs. I like last week's rotation a bit better only because I find this week's on average take longer than an hour which I can't spare in the mornings. I try to squeeze in as much as I can but I've had to modify here and there.
Yesterday I did biceps but today I'm feeling it more on my right arm than my left..so i made a mental note to use my db's for the next little while since it seems that my right arm is dominating when i use the bb.
Oh well....

I was on chest today. I did not like doing just cardio of Power circuit, too short.

I will do shoulders tomorrow and finally get in the pool to swim, haven't swum since Sunday.

Saturday will have to be rest because too much going on, and then Sunday I think I will double up on biceps/triceps.
 
Dorothy, Funny you mention just doing the cardio of power curcuit. It didn't even dawn on me to skip the curcuit parts. LOL! I guess I'm not good at following instuctions. ;)
