Cathe's June Rotation - Sun 6/22 checkin-everyone welcome

Hi everyone,

Annette that is cool you kept up with it on vacation, way to go.

Today I am taking another day off from weights because I still feel some fatigue. I will swim this afternoon, but otherwise I am taking it easy.

Really I have not had a slow day where there is not someone to take somewhere in about 3 weeks, so this is nice.

Hi everyone! I just got done with S&H back and biceps.
I can match Cathe on back, but have to go lower on biceps. If she uses 15's, I use 12's. If she uses a 30lb. barbell, I use 25lbs etc.
Sometimes I even go lower.:-(

Did anyone notice that next week we don't do any back work? It looks like we get 2 leg workouts instead. Which I definitly need!
I am noticing more definition in my arms. Is anyone else? My legs, on the other hand...sad to say....no definition.x(

opps! I just noticed that S&H Back is on Wed. with chest.:+
 
I'm one of those who's doing the June rotation but has never posted. Do any of you feel...hmmmm...not so much bulky but kind of "thick"? I know I'm not doing anything to gain weight, but everything is just a little snug, especially in the legs. An endurance rotation is definately in order for me come July. I've had to make little changes here and there because of my schedule, but I'm on track to start week 4 tomorrow. One more super-heavy week for me and then I want to lean out a little.
