ADVANCED Total Overall Body Blast Workout:
Day 1: Boot Camp
Day 2: off
Day 3: Muscle Endurance
Day 4: Imax2
Day 5: Cardio and Weights
Day 6: Pyramid Lower Body with the first 5 intervals of Imax 2
Day 7: Pyramid Upper Body
