Cathe's Fit & Firm

Hi, everyone!

I hope I'm not out of line here, I realize this isn't a swap board, but I just wanted to let you know that I have a copy of Cathe's Fit & Firm (among many others!) for sale on the Firm Swapmeet. This is the tape that someone recently was asking about--she is working out with weights and a step; the background is a beach--her sister is in the video, and so is Cedie! It's in great shape, and a great strength video that's not quite as tough as her newer ones.

Just thought I'd let you all know...hope I don't sound like a used car salesman! But I would rather see one of Cathe's fans have it than anyone else, and it is now out of print and very hard to find.

I also noticed that there are several old Cathe videos on half.com right now. "Fit and Firm" is only $3.50 for the EP format.

Yes, I just checked and you're right--there is one for only $3.50 plus shipping, but it said "acceptable" condition. The one in good shape was $16.00 plus shipping. Mine is in great shape! Okay, now I am really sounding like a used car salesman--haha.
Anyway, this is just FYI--I've already recieved a few offers on the swap, but I wanted to let you all know I have a copy, as I'd prefer to offer it to a Cathe fan who may have been looking for a copy--it's out of print.
