Cathe's Bracelet

This may seem like a silly question, but I am curious what Cathe's bracelet is that she wears on her left hand? I noticed it a long time ago on some of her other workouts, but didn't think anything of it until my son gave me something that looks a lot like it. Nothing fancy, just a little "remember me" kind of bracelet. does anybody know?

She wears it to remind herself which side is the viewer's (our) right, so she wears it on her left hand.

I also think I read somewhere that in the beginning it was to remind herself which side is the viewer's right but now she also wears it for good luck.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
