Cathe's April Rotation check-in. All welcome.

Good morning. I started the rotation a little bit late as I was finishing up another. My first day was Friday April 4, and I did Leaner Legs - ugh. Saturday was CTX U/B split & I added planks and abs from CTX kickbox. Sunday - IMAX2 Monday - Leaner Legs.

I decided to push the first rest day to day 7 and that will give me one day between u/b split and power hour. Also, when I started this I just came off a rest day and really didn't need another yet. About Leaner Legs. I used a 35 # barbell and ouch. When I read the topic where people said they were using 50 and 60 and 70 pounds I was stunned. I cannot even imagine being able to do such a thing! I've become quite excited about this rotation and I'm looking forward to the different workouts. Left on my own, I tend to get stuck in a rut.

SusanZ how are you doing? When did you start the rotation and how did your week one look? Anyone else out there doing this or a modified version? I love to hear how people have adapted the rotation for their particular needs.-joy
 
Hi there! Started the rotation last week but since I had already done M.E I chose to do week 4 first. I did M.E 3 times last week and PLB ball work one day. I mixed in IMAX2, MIC, my NordicTrack machine on other days. This week I'll be doing week 2 of the rotation. Today is Power Hour for me and I'll probably do MIC step portion for some cardio. Tuesd. will be Step Works, Wed PH, Thurs. my NordicTrack for 45-1hr, Friday: Body Max (ouch!), Sat: Cardio Kicks w/ PLB Ball work.
My muscles sure were feeling at the end of doing ME 3 times in 1 week! Wonder how they'll feel after this week? ;-) Susan
 
Wow IMAX and MIC on top of muscle endurance 3 times. I'm really impressed. I'm interested in hearing how ME compares to PH in terms of... well... exhaustion - is the only word I can think of. I certainly agree with your "ouch"about BodyMax. That workout IMHO is Cathe's absolute toughest! -joy
