I attempted this today at the gym and boy did it mop me up all over the place. This one starts, like, hey no problem - then it beats you over the head...repeatedly. I'd say I did about 95% of it w/ some breaks. It really kicked booty. My goal is to work up endurance so not to stop as much. I'd suggest the running enthusiasts give it a go if you ever get a chance. Oh and just to add in, yes, I know this is not a w/o that is good for everyone
