Educated crowd, please help! In one of the videos ( I think it is a CTX and my sister says it is Step Works) just as you are about to give up Cathe spouts off with..."Oooh I know I know". Can anyone think of which vid this is from, I seem to remember it is during a bicep curl?

I'm not sure but it might be from Interval 4 in the first Interval
Max during the plyo jacks. I could be wrong but I think that might be it.
