Cathe, your workouts work!

Hi Cathe, I've been working very hard training to run a marathon on October 1st. In addition to the required running I've been using the Gym Styles to work my upper body. My strength focus for lower body has been more endurance/freestyle type training. I've gained a considerable amount of upper body strength and have of course noticed more pronounced definition but I was surprised the other day when I was with my kids at the pool and a woman asked me what I did to get such muscular arms. Her assumption was that I was a swimmer but I set her straight and told her it was strictly due to weight lifting and more specifically, Cathe workouts. I can imagine that hearing anecdotes like this makes you feel like all that you do is worthwhile in a very tangible way so thought I'd pass on another one of your success stories!
 
Hi Elaine! Thank you for sharing that warm story with me. You sound like a very fit mom indeed. Best of luck at the marathon. Btw, I peeked at your picture trail and have to tell you how inspiring your photography/ art work is. Absolutely STUNNING! What an eye!
