Cathe - your pre-hardcore rotation????

Hi Cathe

You posted that you did an awful lot of training to prep yourself for the Hardcore filming...what exactly was your rotation? I quite happily workout AM and PM (11 -12 hours per week) but I tend to reach for step tapes as 80% of my workout. This isn't giving me the desired results so can you, or anyone else, put together a rotation that would take AM and PM workouts into consideration? (Using weights, step and circuit style into the equation effectively.)
