Hi there,
I have just come back from an injury and cannot wait to go head on into full Cathe workouts. Thankfully, I did not lose too much strength because I was able to keep up with my weights. I did gain about ten pounds though!
My question is this: Of all your rotations, which one would you suggest using for weight/fat loss? I own just about all of your workouts with the exception of step,jump,pump and the early step workouts.
Please, HELP!!!
