Cathe, your opinion please.

Hi there,
I have just come back from an injury and cannot wait to go head on into full Cathe workouts. Thankfully, I did not lose too much strength because I was able to keep up with my weights. I did gain about ten pounds though!

My question is this: Of all your rotations, which one would you suggest using for weight/fat loss? I own just about all of your workouts with the exception of step,jump,pump and the early step workouts.

Please, HELP!!!

I'm obviously not Cathe (LOL) but I can offer what has worked for me. I have been doing the Gym Style Series along with 4-5 days a week of cardio (45-60 mins on non-GS days and on GS days only 30 mins). Between the combination of these two as well as my nutrition program (NutriSystem), I have lost 18 pounds (only 12 more til goal). I am also loosing inches. Maybe you could try the Gym Style Series + cardio and see how that works for you?

Wow, Kathie...great results! Can I ask how long it took you to lose the weight? Also, you mentioned Nutrisystem. I wonder how many calories they are offering you to lose with....I always wonder what programs like these offer calorically. Thanks, and congrats...VERY exciting. deb

Thanks for the links....boy, my broken toe gave me so much grief. I just couldn't stay off of it enough and it worsened. FINALLY, I can run again and jump again and really propel myself through space. Thanks again and hope this find you well. deb

Thank you, Deb. Nutrisystem has me on 1200 calories. I have been on the program since November. I've been on it for three months. I am aiming for my goal to be completed by July 21st, my birthday. I just hope I dont plateau before that.
