Cathe, You taught me well...

I went to the gym with my friend last Friday and was complemented by two different instructors on my form.

One during kickboxing (side kicks) and one during ab work. I was so proud but could help but think: I have the BEST instructor, Cathe!! You emphasize form so much and it really helps us as viewers.

It's nice to have a "personal trainer" who knows what she's doing and who really encourages you to give it your all!
 
You know I remember a long time ago when I was just trying Tae Bo, my husband, a second degree black belt was all over on my form. Just a few months back, he complimented me on my form too. Isn't that a nice feeling? I love it!
 
Hi Sharon! That's great news. It does make such a difference when you workout with good form. Your overall posture changes plus you walk much taller, feel much stronger, and ward off a lot of nagging back pain that comes as result of poor posture. Keep up the great work:)
