...is the best! I placed an order today online and mistakenly selected the wrong tape. I called your 800 # and someone got back to me very shortly afterwards and corrected the order for me.

I just wanted to make mention of it to you.

One of the reasons that I have just about all your workouts is not only because they are excellent, but also because you have excellent people on your team.

Oh, I SO agree! I actually had a similar experience only I just changed my mind. They amended the order and I received what I wanted.

I had placed an order last Wednesday night and realized immediately that I put my home zip code instead of the zip code at work. I sent and e-mail and I had a response on Thursday morning that they will fix it. I got my order on Friday at 8:30 a.m. of course it helps my man works for UPS and I had it deliver to him.

Great customer service. Keep up the great work. I also love the UPS tracking info. I wish I knew where my new step that I ordered is at this moment...sigh.
