making some light weight/high reps workouts? I'm mean really light weight (2-5 #) with tons of reps. I know these can get boring but boy do they work for toning. I'm using other instructors but it would be great to workout this way with you and your crew and your great music/sets, etc. for this. I love your heavy weight training workouts (esp. ME, Pyramids and L&G) and you've got me hooked on Kickboxing and Interval/Circuit training. This category (very low weights/very high reps) is the only area missing from my Cathe collection.

Thanks for all that you have done for us! Can't wait for Hardcore.
