Cathe would you consider a Pyramid 2 workout?

Cathe - I love working out with the Pyramid workout.
I use most of your weight workouts but find the pyramid system works so well.

Would you consider a Pyramid 2 workout sometime down the line?

I just got the PUB/PLB dvd and am excited to work this one into my routine. Another Pyramid workout would be great to look forward to in the future.

I just find my muscles are really pumped after a pyramid workout.

This particular one also allows me to lift a little heavier because of the slower lifting speed.

I have the Pyramids too. People say they have noticed a lot more muscle definition in my shoulders and arms since I started using Pyramid Upper Body.

I don't know about the Lower Body specifically, since I have a couple of other workouts I use (Legs and Glutes; Leaner Legs), but overall, since I started using Cathe's leg workouts, my hamstrings and butt, especially, have tightened up.
 
Hi,

Why not try putting your request in the 'suggestions for next DVD workout' section, perhaps you will stand a better chance of receiving your request, or at least it being considered for future workouts.

I would love it if Cathe came out with Pyramid 2 workout. :7
