Hi Cathe, When you say this is a rotation for strength, would I lose effectivness if I (for example)added the first 4 sections of low max to a day with GS back shoulders and biceps? }(
I have lots of time to spend on exercise right now and I'd like to tone but also lose body fat too:eek: (can it be done or am I just dreaming!!)
How did you structure your own workouts to change your body as you have? I really am willing to work for what I want:7
