I have recently lost 21 lbs. and started using your videos last fall. In the past I jogged, belonged to gyms did other videos which I won't name, etc. etc. I have never looked or felt better or stronger than I do today - thanks to your videos and the inspiration I've received from them, yourself, and this site.

I went on vacation to see my family last weekend and my sister planned a really hard class at her gym, with her personal trainer for us. I was afraid I might not be able to keep up. I was so surprised when I not only did the whole hour and a half class, but actually outlasted the usual class members. My sister was surprised (I think).

I want to thank you for your commitment to fitness, and for sharing yourself and your ideas with us. I am truly a die hard Cathe addict now! Thanks again!I'm looking forward to new DVDs in the future!

Hi Lynn! Congratulations on your body fat loss. You go girl. You obviously have wonderful strength and endurance abilities. A 90 minute workout with a personal trainer accompanied by the anxiety you had going into the workout, tells me you are ONE FIT COOKIE! I'm sure your sister will share this story with her friends for years to come. You are an inspiration! Thanks for sharing!
 
Hey, Nursie! So how did you fit workouts into your work schedule? I remember your posts when you were trying to figure it out.

I worked the night shift for 13 weeks and found it was easier for me to get up in the afternoon at 4:30 to workout before work, than to get up at 4:30 am. I don't know exactly why. When I went back to days I had a hard time getting up at 4:30 am, but I am doing it. When I feel like going back to bed I look at myself in the mirror and say "do you want to keep this?". Of course my answer is yes, so I go ahead and work out. I am only working 3 days a week now so the other 4 days I have no problem working out.
Thanks for following my progress. I read the forums every day but am sometimes hesitant about posting. When I do get draggy and don't feel like working out I get on and read and before long I'm ready to work out. The info and comraderie on this site is great! As I said before, I'm a cathe addict.

I just came across this post by my friend Lynn and had to tell everyone she looks fabulous! Lynn got me started with Cathe several months ago and I'm hooked now also. We met when I bought a Firm tape from her off the swap and we started e-mailing about our fitness goals. She sent me a Cathe tape to try which really bumped my workouts up a notch! I've "watched" her progress over the past several months and I'm so proud of her. She's been and continues to be an inspiration to me. Thanks Lynn!
