I was just thinking about how much I like your Timesaver/Cardio Express type workouts because they are great for those of us who want a hard workout, but are pressed for time. Have you thought about filming another one of these type series? Have you thought about doing a different rotation - instead of a "one body part per day" rotation, maybe something that rotates upper and lower with cardio, or a couple days of total body strength training?? Maybe even some yoga thrown in???

Hi Chrissy! I sure have. Just a matter of finding the time to film all those winner workouts. Once we get caught up with our other offerings we'll be looking at new selections :)
