Cathe-with so many choices I need your help

Hi Cathe-Just before I had my son I bought a treadmill because I knew I wouldn't have time to go to the gym since I also work full time. I've only recently been introduced to your classes on fit tv through a co-worker who's lost 30lbs. I'm now addicted. However, with so many choices I'm not quite sure which dvds to get. I try to workout 6 days a week but only have 45 minutes during the week. I do have more time on the weekend and usually try to run for an hour on one of those days. I've been alternating between total body workouts and some type of cardio every other day. I was wondering if you could give me some suggestions as to which dvds I should use to incorporate weight trainig and cardio properly. Thank you so much for your help.

I'm not Cathe but would like to help. I think that the CTX Series(Cross Train Express) would be a good starter for you since you are limited on time during the week. I think most of the workouts clock in around 50 minutes. It is also great because it includes a lil' of everything...step/kickbox/hi-lo/circuit/intervals/strength work including AB work. It is the TOTAL package! :7 BTW, WELCOME to Cathe's place. Nice to have you here. Here is a link to the CTX DVD's so you can read more about them:

I would also suggest you post this question over on Open Discussion as Cathe doesn't always have time to respond here. You'll want to give more detail about your goals and current fitness level, but be prepared to part with your cash!!! :) :)
