Hi Cathe! Just finished Low Impact Circuit and loved it. I usually use a 6 inch step because of knee issues, but I may try this one on 8 because the cardio's not too tough. In the recent past, you've been doing most of your workouts on a 6 inch step. However, I just wondered why you decided to use an 8 inch step for BM2? I previewed that one today and it looks tough! I know I couldn't handle anything higher than 6 inches.
