cathe which workout....

Cathe,
I have been lifting weights since I was 16 and I am now 21. I am about 5ft 7in tall and I have a very small frame. My lower body is pretty strong and I have no problem gaining strength in that area. My upper body really isn't all that strong and I really want to increase my strength and increase definition in my upper body. Which workout would you say is best for that? I'm thinking about ordering your Body Blast series, are any of those workouts good for increasing shape and definition in the upper body? Any suggestions on this issue would be helpful.
 
Not Cathe, but my suggestion would be the Intensity Series.
More strength workouts in this one, including ME & PUB. BC also has a lot of good strength exercises. Just my opinion.

I don't have the whole intensity series, but I agree w/ Lynne that Pyramid Upper Body is a great workout that seems to fit exactly what you're looking for.

Thanks for the advice! As you all can tell I don't have too many of Cathe's workouts but I love the ones I do have and I love how she always challenges my body in various ways in her workouts. I'll be sure to give PUB a try! Thanks again!
 
I cannot tell you how good PUB is...I am seeing remarkable results with this..I absolutely love it..all her workouts are awesome, but this one is amazing to build and define the upper body.
 
I have the same body type as you, at 5' 8" and I find PUB and Supersets give great definition, but nothing builds muscle like the Slow & heavy series. I never looked more pumped than when I finished three weeks of that series.
