Hi Cathe: I am new to your website. I just started working out with weights about 2 months ago. I bought a Joyce Vedral book and have been trying to do that 4-5 times a week. I'd like to buy one of your videos, but to tell you the truth, I am overwhelmed at all the choices. I don't really have any weight to lose, maybe 5-10 pounds, but I want to be toned. I feel like my entire body is so flabby. I've had three children, so I need extra work in my abs and chest in my opinion. I would love to lose a size by summer.
