Cathe: Which videos to buy?

Hi Cathe: I am new to your website. I just started working out with weights about 2 months ago. I bought a Joyce Vedral book and have been trying to do that 4-5 times a week. I'd like to buy one of your videos, but to tell you the truth, I am overwhelmed at all the choices. I don't really have any weight to lose, maybe 5-10 pounds, but I want to be toned. I feel like my entire body is so flabby. I've had three children, so I need extra work in my abs and chest in my opinion. I would love to lose a size by summer. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Candace
 
Hi Candace! I would start with total body weight tapes for the first 2 months just to get overall toning and conditioning in one workout. I recommend Power Hour and Muscle Endurance for this.

After that if you want to split up upper body and lower body, you can do CTX Upper Body and Leaner Legs for tone and definition along with some strength gains too. If you want to challenge your self with heavier weights then you can do Pyramid Upper Body and Pyramid Lower Body.

If you want to split your workouts up even more then I would suggest doing either the Pure Strength Series or the Slow and Heavy series.
