Cathe - Which Exercise In Gym Style Biceps, Back & Shoulders

Hi Cathe,
I did Gym Style Back, Shoulders & Biceps the other day and had a severe onset of trapezius muscle spasms and some neck discomfort. Which exercise do you think could have done this? I'm thinking it was either the rear delt flyes with the band or the rear delt flyes with weights. If I continue to have this problem in the future, what is a good substitute exercise to do for my rear delts during that part of the DVD? I don't want to have a muscle imbalance because I am not able to work my rear delts with flyes.
 
The best rear delts exercise I have ever used on a Cathe workout is the way they are worked on the S&H shoulders w/o.

Lean over, flat back, retract shoulders, lift dumbells straight back behind you, up to level of your back, higher if your range of motion allows.

The delt moves with the band on GS do nothing good for me either.
