I currently don't do anything other than Cathe workouts. I used to do Pilates once or twice a week, but the other workouts I did before Cathe were soooo boring (except for one Petra Kolber tape I had, called Ready, Step, Go!).
Cathe's workouts are just perfect for me and what I want to do that I can't even imagine working out to anything else right now.
