Cathe, What is the difference?

Hi Cathe~

Just wondering if you could highlight the difference between the PS series, the S&H series and your new Muscle Max. How is Muscle max different from these. My DH loves PS, S&H, andthe Pyramid workouts and is looking forward to Muscle Max!

Hi DMD! Muscle Max is a total body workout in one session while the others you mentioned are total body weight workouts divided into two or three split workouts. By the way, the Gym Style workouts will also be a series similar in set up to the PS Series and or Slow & Heavy series. Hope this helps!
