Hi Jenni! I have been careful to "try" not to eat unecessary "sinful" foods so that I don't have to worry about not being able to burn off those additional calories. I have mostly been doing upper body and core workouts for weights. I most recently have been able to start putting some biking and elliptical training into my workouts so that helps to build up my cardio conditioning. Felt so good just to break a sweat again
