In your expert opinion, which is better:
Cardio
Upper Body
Cardio
Lower Body
Cardio
Total Body
Rest/Stretch
Or
Including cardio and resistance in one session...(Cardio/Upper/Lower)
such as doing an entire dvd like Body Max 2, instead of breaking it up through the week with the premixes alone.
What do you think?
Hopefully with your answer to my questions I can begin to put together some rotations on my own, so I don't keep bothering everyone.
Also, what do you think about doing the fatloss rotation weeks first from Hardcore, then the weeks for endurance and finish the weeks from strength in that order? Do you feel that's a good rotation?
Also, can you suggest a rotation like this one ^^^ that includes the new dvds as well as hardcore? I really liked the fat loss rotation...
I apologize for bugging you like this, it's just that if I know it's coming from you, then I must be on the right track.
Someone from the other site put together a generic rotation so it's easier to fill in the blanks. I just don't trust I'm doing it right yet.
Thank you so much,
Carrie
