Cathe-What do you do for cardio??

HI!
I am an avid user of your tapes, but I also run and use the eliptical and spin. I do weights with your tapes or on my own.
My question is what do you do for cardio workouts...as you are in such FANTASTIC shape!
I always feel that if I do not run 2-3 days a week then I am not getting a good calorie burning workout in, and I know I am thinking all wrong.
Any suggestions?
Also how many times a week do you do legs? I am short, like you, but I tend to get extra weight in my hips and butt area. Would twice a week be better with lower weights and higher reps?
