Cathe, what about a real, truly HEAVY routine on DVD

I have your PS and SH, which I value tremendously, but I would like to see a workout pushing the barbell intake up past 40/45 lbs. On my heavy days I go past this weight.

This would cater to the persons who want to push for split routines by going truly heavy. I know that you can just up the poundage, but, for me personally, I want to see what poundage YOU push to the max, as well as the rest of the gals...

Hi Linda,

Lately, I've been going heavier with my weight work. Sometmes I have to stop early if I'm going to the next level. I usually lift the weight that challenges me but I would like a little more rest time. I know that I could pause the DVD but it would flow better for me if the rest was built in. Just wanted to add that I am really enjoying the gym styles.
