hi cathe!!! i was doing a little Xmas shopping and bought cardio hits dvd for a girlfriend. i deceided to purchase step n motion 1 for me. i had to place 2 orders as the website doesnt have a shopping cart and it is divided into dvd OR vhs orders...so i paid double shipping. is there anyway this can be rearranged or is it unusual for customers to buy both vhs and dvd in the same order? thank you.
The reason we have it this way is it is nearly impossible to purchase a shopping cart or write a script that can calculate quantity discounts for our videos but not for DVDs and other items we sell. We do plan on simplifying our pricing structure so that we can use one shopping cart for everything, but this will cause other problems (some people will have the old catalog while others will have the new.... and thus we will have to deal with 2 sets of prices for a period of time). In the meantime if you put a note in the comments box we will only charge you shipping for the DVDs)
