Cathe Warm-Ups

You know, I think if you strung together the warm-ups from a few of Cathe's workouts, say, for instance, Bootcamp, Imax 3, Lowmax, Kickmax, ME, you'd end up with a pretty decent workout that would challenge most NON-Catheites.

And, the warm up from Imax 1. During that one I am always thinking "and this is just the warm up" !

That's funny that you posted this because I did what was on the June rotation for today. After that I had a little time, so I thought I would do a little of Imax 3 to get familiar with it. During the warm up I said the same thing that this is just the warm up?! Of course, I was dripping in sweat from my interval run on the treadmill. At the peg leg, mambo pivot I was like, huh?! I decided to just watch combo 1. Wow, that looks like some work out. It's going to take me a while to get that one down.

So funny you should post this today, Shelley, because I was thinking this morning that I could string together her cool-downs from her older workouts, for a nice cardio workout near the end of my pregnancy. Her older cardios have highly choreographed, 10 minute long cool-down segments.

In your warm up workout, don't forget PowerMax and Step Works!
