Cathe W/S w/ BFL Rotation ?

Hi Everyone!
Has any one used the BFL Rotaion as a Guide but used all Cathe W/Os?
Basicly its:
Day 1 - Upper Split
Day 2 - Cardio
Day 3 - Lower
Day 4 - Cardio
Day 5 - Upper Split
Day 6 - Cardio
REST
The next week the same but Lower 2x and Full Upper 1x

What is the overall goal? Strength, Endurance, Wt Loss etc.....

I have done the BFL rotation with Cathe. I would use the pyramid workouts and for cardio you can do half of an Imax workout. One day do intervals 1-5 and then the next time intervals 6-10.

Right now I am sorta following BFL rotation (loosely). I am using the PS series though and doing the treadmill/bike for the cardio.

I find that I get bored with the same videos so I have to switch them up. Also they pyramid system I can get bored with hence using the PS series of workouts.

What type of results did you see weight wise w/ limited cardio durations? I am so afraid to regain some of my wt loss but am also open to less cardio (I have always done 5-6 hrs a week)... time for a change on the cardio duration perhaps?
