Hi Everyone!
Has any one used the BFL Rotaion as a Guide but used all Cathe W/Os?
Basicly its:
Day 1 - Upper Split
Day 2 - Cardio
Day 3 - Lower
Day 4 - Cardio
Day 5 - Upper Split
Day 6 - Cardio
REST
The next week the same but Lower 2x and Full Upper 1x
What is the overall goal? Strength, Endurance, Wt Loss etc.....
