Cathe Virgin -- I'm scared!

Hello everyone! I am very new here. I don't even have any Cathe tapes -- YET! Which of her cardio workouts are the least complex in their choreography? Thanks!!!

RE: Hey Bean

Go with the Wedding Tape as your "first!" The moves aren't too complex, but the intensity is still there and you get Cathe's weight training along with it. I think it's a great starter tape!! If you don't want strength training, Step Heat and Mega Step Blast are also good choices to make. SH has abs at the end and MSB has a thigh and bun blaster section in that tape(it still cardio, but boy do you feel it!) If you want a really good challenage, Get the 6-pak! There's strength at the end of every tape in the pak and the moves are easily modifiable. With the 6-pak you'll get Hi/Lo, step, and kickboxing. Welp, these are my recommendations, just my little 2 cents. Hope it helps, and please let us know what you decide:)!

Good Luck!!

Aimee had some great suggestions. I just wanted to add Step Max to the list!

Hi,
Just wanted to second Aimee's recommendation to you to start with the Wedding tape. I love the wedding tape and don't worry, the wedding stuff is easy to ignore if it doesn't apply to you.
It's a fun, intense workout with great music. The choreography is not that difficult (and I have 2 left feet)! I have purchased almost the entire Cathe library now and have to admit that the wedding tape is still probably my favorite (except for the hi/lo section of MIC which almost kills me, but somehow it's still fun) The wedding tape is a perfect introduction to Cathe.
Have fun!

Hey Bean,

Don't be scared! I've been exercsing with Cathe for about 6 years and she still amazes me with every new workout! Just when you think you're in shape, she still manages to get you sweating! Once you get used to the moves (which she cues so perfectly) you'll be on your way! Don't give up! Let us know how you do! Good luck.
