...is that it is TOTALLY perfect for fitting exercise into a busy life. I always managed before, but this will make it a whole lot easier. How many times have we wanted to pop in a video after we get home from work, and poop out because we THINK we're too tired? Nobody doesn't have the time to fit in these goodie tapes!!!
I did Step and Intervals, and since it was a Cathe tape I knew I'd get a good workout, but girl, you sure squeeze every ounce of energy out of us in that 1/2 hour cardio blast!!!! It was fairly easy to follow, too, since the UPS truck left my tapes & I tore into them without previewing any of them.
GOOD JOB, and THANKS!!!!!!!!!! No one has an excuse to skip working out because they THINK they have no time now.
PS: Great chest workout, too. Those staggered pushups are KILLERS!!
