Cathe, Training tips?

I am new to your workouts(too afraid to try them before) and love them! The definition you have in the new Gym Style workouts is awesome.
Did you train differently since Rythmic Step or is this just the results of four more years of hard work?
You are such an inspiration to me!:)

I enjoy weight training very much. More now than years ago. So with the consistency of training over the years my muscle has matured and gotten more dense. However, even the most dense muscle will not appear very defined if your diet is not clean. I think the hardcores were a combination of more focused lifting and tightening up on my sweet tooth ;-)
 
Thanks Cathe! Weight training is my favorite and I love the Gym Style w/os. Thanks for admitting to a sweet tooth--it makes me even more dedicated to attaining my goal. :) :)
