Cathe - I just have to tell you that in this series, your legs look absolutely amazing!! I should say that you always look incredible, but when I put in the Timesaver #1 workout yesterday morning, I was blown away by your legs!!!! My husband was previewing with me and said that he certainly wouldn't mind if I look like that just 6 months after I have this baby!! I can hope that with this series I will be able to come close to that. Did you just do workouts like the series to achieve your amazing postpartum shape??? I know that diet is a HUGE part of it, though! Anyway, thank you so much for this totally awesome series!!!! You continually amaze me!!! :D :D

Hi Sara! Thank you so much. How kind of you. I find that when I am going for the best shape I can get in I need to have these 3 things:

1) a super clean diet
2) a heavy lifting program (very heavy for upper body and moderately heavy for legs).
3) A shock-your-body type of workout two to three times a week that utilizes and interval concept throughout the workout. For me this style of workout falls into many categories. Either a circuit type workout like Boot Camp, an all cardio mix of some sort, an all weight mix of some sort, a heavy and light mix of some sort, a weights/cardio mix of some sort. The key to these "shocking" workouts is to keep it moving and to give each and every change in the 40 (up through 60) minute workout my maximum effort.

Best of luck to you now and after you deliver that special muffin in the oven. Go easy and take it day by day :)

Cathe - Thank you so much!!!! I am going to print this out and keep it in my workout journal for after delivery! I truly appreciate all of your hard work and your amazing dedication to your "workout partners!!"

Hi Sara!

Your post about Cathe's legs and pregnancy made me think of something I read in Covert Bailey's "Smart Exercise". He says "If you want skinny legs, breast feed!" Apparently the hormones associated with lactation release fat specifically from the thighs. I'm not entirely sure if this is true, as I have nursed 5 babies and haven't seen any remarkable changes in my thighs. ;-) Anyway, enjoy your baby and don't worry too much about your body, just stay healthy!

I have to add here that everybody in the videos looks absolutely phenomenal!!!! Just looking at how wonderful Cathe and everyone look is enough to pump me up to work out. It is obvious that their legs are amazing by how many of the shots in these videos concentrated on their legs :). The cameracrew wasn't all men, was it? ;) It makes for amazing motivation.

Thanks Cathe!! The workouts look incredible.
