Yes, Cathe, I know in your tapes you tell us to use the weight that is best for us, and I do. I usually can do the same weight you are using. Your arms are really cut and vascular, I was just wondering, do you use heavier weights when you do workouts that aren't on the tapes or do you basically use the amount of weights that you use on the tapes and do you usually do workouts like the ones on the tapes?
