I needed these DVDs. Seriously. I NEEDED them. My motivation has been hiding for a year or so and I've slowly watched my bf% rise, my workout intensity decline, and my diet go to...well, the hot place.
But then my shiny new DVDs arrived and I have been revived! I love these workouts for the following reasons:
-- The energy that you (and the crew) exude is absolutely intoxicating. YOU look like you are having a blast! I know it took a lot of time and hard work to get these workouts finished, and yet you still looked so happy.
-- The music. I LOVE it! I think it's the best music so far. I find myself humming along, singing along (Jesse's girl), and *gasp* SMILING during the workouts. I don't smile during workouts. I guess I do NOW.
-- The cuing was fabulous. Your cuing is always good, but everything flowed so easily in these workouts -- even the more complicated moves simply because you cued them so well!
-- The choreography. I love step. I love step choreography. I had so much fun with the new routines. Who knew a jump-rope around the world would make me happy?
-- The intensity. Um...these workouts are intense! You can modify them to make them less intense (LIC in particular) but they kick some major bootie regardless. BTW...I swear I heard you say "bootie call" in Drill Max. I cracked up.
-- The OUTFITS. If only I could look as good as Cathe and the crew in those outfits! Yep, I've purchased some of them (that I could find). It might be a while before I resemble anyone in the DVDs. But I'm going to give it try.
Thank you, Cathe, for being a source of incredible motivation for me. Thank you for these wonderful workouts. Thank you for your kind personality, your perky (but not TOO perky) personality, and your love of fitness.
