Hi Cathe,
I am so sorry to hear about your re-injury/new injury/pain! I could "hear" the frustration in your post...
Although this is incredibly frustrating for all involved, I really hope that you might consider delaying the filming of these workouts indefinitely. It seems to me (nope, not a doctor, don't even play one on tv,) that you might need to take a lot of time off for these injuries to heal completely, and that the deadlines of the workouts hanging over your head might influence you to film when in reality your body should be resting. What if doing these workouts soon prevents you from doing more workouts in the future?? (Of course you are a smart woman who listens to her body, but from the sounds of things maybe your body isn't communicating to you as well as it should be, until it's already too late...)
I truly hope you feel better soon, but on the other hand, from a partly selfish standpoint, I also hope you consider cancelling/postponing this whole set so you can relax, recover and regroup!

Same here. I hope you'll take your time in recovering, not rushing it. I know you do have 4 workouts to film, but we can wait. Your workouts are worth the wait! Take your own sweet time to recover...
