Cathe suggestions for new videos!

Cathe I like the idea of a new intensity series or CTX. Is there a way you could combine the stylized step, push pull, kickboxing, circuit training, another 10-10-10 version or how about an IMAX 3. I also have been visualizing tremendous results in my ABS from your intensity series. Keep up the wondeful, AB-Core work! Also, regarding squats and lunges, there is nothing better for firming my fanny and thighs. Yoga would be alright as a cool-down. Also Cathe please do not lose the intensity of your workouts! One thing I like about your workouts is that I am never dry after doing them! HA HA! :D :D :D ;
