Cathe, Substitution for...

Hi,
Can you give a substitution for the Push ups for the Hardcore Chest workout? Only because I can't do them ( wrist issues )and it looks like there's a lot of them in there. Should I just do regular Bench presses? TIA!
 
Obviously I am not Cathe but I think that bench presses and chest flies might be good alternatives.hope this helps.

Another suggestion would be to use push up handle bars or dumbbells. These tools allow your wrist to stay straight which will alleviate the wrist pain.

Just another suggestion.
