Cathe, Step and Strength?

Cathe, did you ever make a video called "Step and Strength? I noticed someone was selling a copy of this on the internet. I have never heard of this video and just wondered if maybe it is an illegal video? Thanks!

Hi Intensitylisa!
I saw this too and was wondering the same thing. The picture just showed a tape with a typed label on it, although the "Cathe" signature we are all so familiar with was there also.
If it is a genuine workout, I am guessing it must be one of Cathe's earliest ones!!

Yes, that is what I saw was the white label with Cathe's logo and no cover. I found it strange and wondered if it was valid seeing I never heard of this video!;-)

I found a thread on this exact same workout, but I can't remember where. From the description of the workout it was finally decided that it was Body Max. The girl received it with her Step from a store and she said it looked like they slapped a Cathe sticker on it and that the tab wasn't even out to keep the tape from being recorded over. I"m not saying this is the exact same person or tape that I read about, but the workout name is the same.

Hi Lisa! There was a small window of time that Bollinger (owner of The Step at the time) had requested to include Body Max in their step boxes and did their own packaging for this video.
